i. The candidate must have a minimum educational qualification of a bachelor degree or equivalent from an institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan or Foreign Qualification of equivalent level recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan with at least 10 years’experience, out of which 05 years as Key Officer in the insurance industry;

OR

ii. Such person must (a) be an ACII or FCI! (b) be a Fellow or Associate of the Institute or Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification as recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries, (c) hold a Master's degree in Insurance, Risk Management or Actuarial Sciences from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan with at least 05 years’ experience as Key Officer or Director or Chief Executive or Principal Officer in the insurance industry or as an Officer with Insurance Regulator;

The applicants with prior exposure in the areas of reinsurance, retrocession and public sector entities will be given preference;

3. The shortlisting and interview process will be done in accordance with the SECP’s Public Sector Companies’ (Appointment of Chief Executive) Guidelines, 2015, and other applicable laws, rules and regulations.

4. Only the shortlisted applicants will be invited for the interview. The candidates shal! not be entitled for any TA/DA while appearing for the interview.
